Following on from the success of previous years, we are launching our 2021 Christmas Campaign, collecting donations for our service users in refuge and the community.
Your support over the years is hugely appreciated by everyone at Leeway and has helped to spread some festive cheer to the people that we support. Here’s how you can get involved with our 2021 campaign!
Donating to the Campaign
Our poster has full details of the items we are accepting, as well as details on where you can drop these off. We ask that all donated items are new/unopened/unused.
We have one drop-off point this year, which is at 79 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1UA, and would ask that donations are delivered between 10am and 2pm between Monday and Friday.
If you are delivering a large quantity of donations, we would advise emailing our Donations Officer (donations@leewaynwa.org.uk) beforehand. This will enable us to assist the unloading when you arrive at the drop-off point. The Donations Officer is also the person to contact if you have any questions or queries about our Christmas Appeal.
Alongside this, we have also set up a CrowdFunder where supporters can donate money for Leeway to use to get presents for our service users.
We know that there will be supporters who might want to donate to our campaign but may be unable to get to the drop-off point or would prefer to support in this way.

How Your Support Helps Leeway’s Service Users
Many people experiencing domestic abuse are unable to take toys & games and other items when leaving, often heading to safety with little more than the clothes they are wearing.
Our Christmas Campaign aims to provide some of the items that we take for granted, enabling us to spread some festive cheer and ensuring that those we support have a great Christmas too!
