Following the success of previous years, our Christmas Campaign is making a return in 2022!
We collect donations to give to those that we support in refuge and the community, helping to spread some festive cheer. Many of the people we support leave with very few personal belongings, so your generosity is hugely appreciated and makes a massive difference.
The campaign is largely similar to previous years, but there are a few small tweaks this year, largely because of our office move.
When to Donate
We have decided to condense our drop-off times into a one-week period (Monday 12th – Friday 16th December) and are asking people to book a slot to drop their donations off with us.

We ask that all items are new and are unwrapped – we have to sort through all donations so have to unwrap anything that arrives wrapped.
Amazon Wishlist
For those that would like to donate to our campaign but are unable to physically drop items off in-person, we are compiling an Amazon Wishlist. The list will contain specific items that supporters can purchase, which will automatically update when someone purchases something on our list.
As with all the other donations collected in our campaign, they will go to the people that we support in refuge and the community, helping to spread some festive cheer.

Other Ways to Support Leeway
Many of you are probably thinking ahead and starting to buy Christmas presents for family and friends. When shopping online, you can raise money for Leeway at no extra cost to you!
We are signed up to Amazon Smile – Amazon gives charities that are signed up a percentage of whatever you spend. You simply have to go through the Amazon Smile page, search for Leeway, and continue shopping as normally would do.
As well as this, we are also signed up to Easy Fundraising, which works similarly to Amazon Smile but includes a host of big-name retailers, such as Argos, eBay, M&S, Tesco, and even Booking.com.
Simply go to the Easy Fundraising website, click on the “find cause” button to find Leeway and get started.
All money raised through these fundraising initiatives adds up and enables us to enhance and sustain the services that we provide.
