Back in 2020, we were chosen as an official Charity Partner of Run Norwich 2020! Sadly, the Coronavirus pandemic meant that the race had to be postponed (twice) but it is making a return on Sunday 17th July 2022 and supporters will have the chance to complete the 10km course whilst raising money for Leeway.
About the Race
Run Norwich is an award-winning 10-kilometre road race, organised by the Norwich City FC Community Sports Foundation (CSF), that takes place in the heart of Norwich’s beautiful and historic city centre. The route passes some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including Norwich Castle, The Forum, Norwich Cathedral, and many more.
The inaugural event took place in 2015, and since then thousands of runners have taken to the city centre streets for the annual race. The last edition of Run Norwich took place in July 2019, selling out all 7,000 entries in just four days.
Running for Leeway
Leeway has 30 spaces available, so entries will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to run for Leeway, all you have to do is get in touch with us to confirm your interest! You do NOT have to sign up through the Run Norwich website. Once entries officially open, we will then send you a unique link, which will enable you to sign up to run for Leeway.
Once all 30 places have been allocated, we will provide a waiting list in the event of any drop-outs.
Charity runners signed up to Run Norwich are exempt from the event fee, but must commit to raising a minimum of £100.
When signing up to take part in Run Norwich, runners are agreeing to the race rules. These can be found on the Run Norwich website.
