We have updated our Privacy Policy in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation, which comes into effect from 25th May 2018.
Data for this website is gathered from Google Analytics. Google Analytics works by reading the user's IP address then setting a cookie on our site containing a unique ID, enabling Google to obtain accurate audience figures. The IP address is then never used again. The unique ID has no personal identity information held within it.
If you object to Google Analytics collecting data, you can download a browser add-on that will prevent Google Analytics from using your data:

There are 6 lawful bases for processing data, these are: Consent, Contract, Legal Obligation, Vital Interest, Public Task, and Legitimate Interest. Data is also collected and emailed to you from the request of a job application form. We only process your data with your consent and use it for only the stated purpose – for instance, when requesting a job application pack. That data is not stored anywhere digitally or used for anything outside of the original email.
This data will not be shared with third parties, although some of the data we collect is processed by RWD Click, who manages our website updates and digital marketing. They collect anonymised data to help them improve the user experience of our website. Any personal data they process for us is treated in the strictest confidence.
Our website has Transport Layer Security (TLS), which keeps secure all the data being transferred between your computer and the website you are viewing. This is indicated by the little padlock symbol to the left of the website address in the URL bar.
The GDPR enshrines rights that individuals may exercise in relation to their data:
If you feel that any of these rights are being infringed, we will do everything that we can to address the problem.
If would like to see, change or delete the data we hold about you, please contact us on admin@leewaynwa.org.uk
